Warranty Replacement Process
Step 1: Please complete the Warranty Authorization Form Below To submit your claim.
To begin the process, you must provide:
• At least one photo of the defective item
• One short video showing the issue and explaining why the item is not working
If we are unable to diagnose the issue from photos or video, the product may need to be returned for inspection. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Step 2: Temporary Warranty Deposit
All warranty replacements require a Temporary Warranty Deposit.
This allows us to ship your replacement headlight without requiring you to disable your machine while waiting.
Process:

Warranty claim is reviewed and approved

Temporary warranty deposit is collected

Replacement headlight is shipped

Customer installs replacement

Customer submits wire-cut verification video
-
Deposit is refunded once the video is approved
If the required wire-cut video is not submitted, the deposit will be retained.

Step 3: Required Wire-Cut Verification
After installing your replacement light, you must submit a video clearly showing the wires being cut at the back of the defective headlight housing.
⚠️ This video is REQUIRED for warranty validation and manufacturer reimbursement.
Your video must clearly show: 🎥 Watch Sample Wire-Cut Video
• The defective light
• The wiring harness
• The wires being cut
• The cut wires after cutting
Videos that do not clearly show the wires being cut may require resubmission.
Processing Time
Warranty replacements typically take 1–2 weeks to process and ship after approval.
Important Notes
• Outbound shipping for warranty replacements is the responsibility of the customer
• Warranty authorization must be completed before returning any items
• Product specifications are subject to change without notice
